THE JEANS TREND YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR FALL 2021.

Although it’s been a minute since I have slipped into my jeans, I have to admit, I love a good-fitting Jean. Especially, in Fall I love to style jeans with boots and a sweater or a dressy top.

So are skinny jeans still in style in 2021? Well, the answer to that is, you can still wear skinny jeans if you like and don’t care about the fashion-forward trends for fall 2021. But, the popular opinion on the runways is that those mid-rise skinny styles wouldn’t be as favored as high-rise skinny jeans. But of course, since finding a pair of jeans that you love is extremely personal, you should always wear whatever you love—despite what might be more on-trend.

So what are the most popular Fall Jeans Trends 2021? The fall 2021 denim fashion trends favor more comfortable: slouchy denim styles. For fall, expect jeans to get slouchier and baggier.

I decided to give you a round-up of my favorite fall jeans trends that you can buy now for the upcoming months.

The 5 Fall 2021 Fashion Trends for Jeans are:

  • Bootcut
  • Baggy
  • Cropped
  • Low Rise
  • ’70s Flare

Bootcut:

The ’90s style of bootcut style is back. I have seen it all over the fashion stores like Zara, Mango, & other stories, and I am not complaining. The bootcut jeans are probably my favorite out of this list because it brings me back to those childhood days. I use to love wearing these back in the day and I am glad these styles of jeans are back because it’s the easiest to style.

Bootcut Jeans can be styled with boots, sneakers & heels.

Baggy Jeans:

Loose-fitting baggy style is a perfect transition between loungewear and jeans. I am not the biggest fan of these on myself and on my body type. But, if you are somebody who would want to try these out, here are some of the favorite ones I have seen in stores.

I prefer mom jeans compared to baggy jeans. Mom jeans are still in style for the fall and winter of 2021.

Cropped Jeans:

The raw/frayed hem cropped style is perfect if you want something between casual and dressy. These are great paired with a long coat/cardigan and show off your shoes a bit.

Here are some of my favorites.

Low Rise:

In my opinion, the 2000’s fashion trends are the worst and that’s the reason I feel like the low rise style is not something I appreciate coming back in trend. But, who am I to judge right? The Gen Z Tik Tok generation loves it. So even though I won’t be buying these low-rise jeans, since I love my mid-rise or high rise styles way more than the low-rise trend, I have listed some options for those of you, who would love to incorporate these into your closet.

’70s Flare:

The ’70s Flare, are somewhat similar to the bootcut style of jeans but the difference is these are more flared at the bottom compared to the bootcut. The seventies bottom are making a comeback for sure. I have seen some of these styles in stores with a slit pattern at the bottom as well.

These are also super easy to style with a simple t-shirt, your favorite pair of sandals or boots, or platform shoes.

Here are some of my favorite pairs.
