I’ve always enjoyed, ok, LOVED fashion! I love to watch out for new trends every season and give my personal wardrobe a bit of lift. I’m definitely not a slave to trends but there are always trends that are worth getting behind because they help to give your outfits a new season look and feel and a little style upgrade. So today I’ve rounded up 5 Fall 2023 fashion trends that are definitely worth the hype and I will be adding to my wardrobe this season.
Cropped Jackets/ Cardigans
From Runway shows to Pinterest photos, short cardigans, and cropped jackets are everywhere. May it be denim, leather, or tweed. I will be definitely adding it to my wardrobe for this season.
Midi/Maxi’s
For me, this is not even a trend but a wardrobe staple. I love to style midi and maxi dresses with knits or cropped jackets during the fall and winter seasons. There is something about the combination of a knit with a maxi or mid-skirt or dress and boots that make it look so chic & and I love that this season is all about the midi maxi skirt and dresses.
Denim
It’s a big one this season. From monochrome denim looks to styling baggy, mom-style jeans to denim jackets, it is everywhere. I am not big on jeans, but I have been on the hunt for a good dark-washed denim along with a denim jacket for a monochrome denim look for this season. Below are some of my favorite denim pieces.
Red
Red is something out of my comfort zone and usually, I associate red with Christmas and the holidays. I of course love wearing red when it comes to Indian clothes, but otherwise I find it hard to style. This year though I love it is all over the fashion pages. It’s unusual but I love it because it’s something that will help me to rethink out of my comfort zone.
I will most likely be styling pops of red with other colors like grey, black, navy & fall browns but if you are someone who loves a red outfit, this is your chance to rock it.
Off Shoulder Tops
I have always been a fan of off-shoulder knits because it makes you look super chic and modern without overdoing it. You can still stay warm with a long-sleeved off-the-shoulder knit and can pair it with either of the other trends like the denim maxi or satin midi skirt and even jeans and style it with boots to have a perfect fit.
There you have it. These are the fall fashion trends for 2023 that I will certainly be adding to my wardrobe. Make sure to follow me on Instagram where I share my everyday outfits and inspiration.
